Tips for Achieving the Best Success in Your Class
- Pick up a studio card at the member services desk (at the turnstiles) when you arrive for class. Some classes require special equipment and the cards help ensure that there will be enough for everyone who has checked in.
- Plan to arrive 10 to 15 minutes before class begins. This will allow time to check in and set up the equipment you will need. It also helps assure that you get a spot in the more popular classes.
- Please do not set up for friends or other participants who have not already checked in. This will help avoid empty slots for last-minute no-shows and allow participants who have checked in an equal opportunity to find their ideal set-up in studio.
Cardio + Strength · Ages 13 & up.
♦ LES MILLS GRIT™ is a 30-minute high intensity interval training (HIIT) program that takes your energy levels into overdrive. Suggested for advanced levels only.
♦ LES MILLS TONE™ is the optimal mix of strength, cardio, and core training offering a wide variety of options, accommodating all fitness levels.
♦ Small Group Training is an interval training class that includes bursts of strength, cardio, muscle endurance, flexibility, core, and functional movement patterns for maximum calorie burn.
♦ The Ride Intervals combines the cardio of a cycle workout with strength training. This on and off the bicycle program is a great way to get a heart-pumping workout.
Cardio · Ages 13 & up.
♦ Cardio, Kick & Core incorporates kick, jab, hook, and uppercut combinations to improve overall agility and power. This non-contact workout features various cardio and strength drills.
♦ LES MILLS BODYCOMBAT™ is a high-energy, martial arts inspired workout that is totally non-contact. Punch and kick your way to fitness, with this whole-body workout.
♦ Cardio Intervals combines cardiovascular and strength exercises. Cardio intervals are short bursts of intense energy, with a shorter recovery break.
♦ The Ride challenges your lower body with a group indoor cycling workout as the instructor takes you on a journey where you control the intensity.
♦ The Ride Xpress is taught in high-intensity intervals with short bits of recovery to help take your energy levels into overdrive.
Dance · Ages 10 & up. Parent attendance required for ages 10-12.
♦ LES MILLS SH’BAM™: Your instructor will guide you through a series of simple yet sassy dance moves, all set to a party playlist. SH’BAM® is the perfect way to shape up and let out your inner star — even if you have no dance experience. All levels welcome. Ages 10 & up. Parent attendance required ages 10-12.
Body & Mind · Ages 10 & up. Parent attendance required for ages 10-12.
♦ Hatha Yoga allows your body, mind, and breath to come together to restore energy, reduce stress, increase strength, and flexibility. This is a level 1 yoga class.
♦ LES MILLS BODYBALANCE™ includes controlled breathing, concentration and stretches, moves, and poses combining yoga, Tai Chi, and Pilates to strengthen your entire body.
♦ Pilates is a class that builds core strength and flexibility through a series of non-impact exercises.
♦ Vinyasa Flow allows you to connect with the breath and flow through a series of poses to increase strength, flexibility, endurance, and balance. This is a level 2 yoga class.
♦ Yin Yoga has only resting poses where poses are held for 3-5 minutes at a time and muscles are gently engaged to hold pressure. This is a level 1 yoga class.
Strength · Ages 13 & up.
♦ Barre is a class to sculpt and strengthen your entire body in a challenging workout using the barre or chair, your own body weight, and light free weights to define your body and increase flexibility.
♦ LES MILLS BODYPUMP™ is the original barbell class that shapes, tones, and strengthens your entire body, focusing on high repetition movements with low weight loads.
♦ LES MILLS CORE uses resistance bands, weight plates, and body weight exercises to work the entire core, from shoulders to knees.
♦ Muscle Xpress strengthens your entire body with light weights and body weight movements.
♦ TRX® helps develop strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability in a suspension training class.
♦ TRX® Boot Camp focuses on strength, endurance, and cardio intervals for a total body challenge both on and off the TRX frame.

Water · Ages 10 & up. Parent attendance required for ages 10-12.
♦ Cardio Water Fit follows choreographed movements to improve cardio, balance, coordination, flexibility, and range of motion in this medium intensity, shallow water class.
♦ Deep Water Workout challenges your core and provides an effective cardio workout without stress to your joints. Belts are worn in this class for neutral buoyancy.
♦ WATERinMOTION is a shallow-water, low-impact aqua exercise experience that offers participants a fun workout, improving cardiovascular endurance, agility, balance, and strength.
Functional Fitness · Ages 55 & up.
♦ Forever Fit Dance features cardiovascular training in a fun group setting. This easy, fun, and energetic dance class will get you moving and smiling.
♦ Forever Fit Intervals features cardiovascular and strength training in a fun group setting using weights, resistance bands, mats, and chairs to help balance. This class will end with mat work on the floor.
♦ Forever Fit Yoga improves flexibility with yoga postures utilizing a chair to keep balance and relax through breathing techniques.
♦ SilverSneakers®focuses on strengthening your muscles and increasing your range of movement for daily life activities. A chair is used for seated and/or standing support.
Virtual Classes · Ages 13 & up.
Workout with a team of instructors from all over the world, as you follow along to a screen projected in front of you. These formats will not be taught by a live instructor, but you will have all of the guidance and motivation you need from the projection.
♦ LES MILLS RPM™ is a 45-minute indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. It’s fun and low impact, with hill climbs, sprints and flat riding.
♦ LES MILLS The Trip™ is a fully immersive workout experience that combines a 40-minute multi-peak cycling workout with a journey through digitally-created worlds.
♦ LES MILLS SPRINT™ is an interval workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results. It’s a short, intense style of training where the thrill and motivation come from pushing your limits.
