Council Meeting

In accordance with Governor’s orders and public meeting guidelines in effect until December 31, 2020 those interested in viewing the regularly scheduled City Council Meeting on Monday, June 8, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. can do so by visiting this link.

To maximize the amount of participation, it is anticipated public input will be limited during a provided 60-minute dedicated time for community input. For the opportunity to provide input, please register at this link. Residents will speak in the order of arrival to Zoom. Once your speaking time is complete, you may be removed from the meeting to allow additional residents to join for comment. If that occurs, please visit the above link to watch the Council Meeting. If time does not allow for all residents to speak, all written comments left when registering will be provided to Council.

To maximize the amount of participation, it is anticipated public input will be limited during a provided 60-minute dedicated time for community input. Those interested in speaking from the laptop inside the Council Chambers need to arrive by 7:00 p.m. in the lobby of Mason Municipal Center located at 6000 Mason Montgomery Road. The Council Meeting may be displayed in the Atrium while you wait. To adhere to a gathering of less than ten people, once a speaker has provided comment in the Council Chambers, the next waiting participant may walk in to the Council Chambers. A separate entrance and exit from Council Chambers will be available.

During this time, please practice social distancing and allow 6 to 10 feet between you and the next resident. Please take your temperature prior to arriving at the Municipal Center. If your temperature is above 100.4, please stay at home.
